Replace weapon icons with sprites

Replace the selected weapon icon with sprites, display the sprites next to items in the shop too.

Not entirely happy with this, as while the downscaled sprites work well enough for the larger, faster-moving projectiles themselves, the small, static icons look kind of rubbish and blurry.
Mark! Could we possibly get some hand-hinted weapon icons? 24x24 maximum?

But. erm. Wosat?
Hinted? To what end? To show that they're unavailable or that they're selected in the selection thingy in the waiting room? Or the 'current selected weapon' thingy in-game? Both?

Sorry, font terminology. Never mind though, because it turns out the the sprites were blurred because I was drawing them at non-whole-number coordinates if the dimensions weren't even numbers.
I've fixed it now. It's fixed. It's fine.
