Countdown after game start

A short countdown (5 seconds or so?) after entering the game before controls are unlocked and people may begin playing - just to give everyone a moment to orient themselves, and to give folks with very slow computers (me) time to load the level and for the pc to stop stuttering. This is also pretty standard practice in round-based online games generally.
