Pricing tweaks.

The usage and damage done by weapons is currently logged. More of this information should be captured and analysed to figure out the usage and damage done by various weapons. This should be used to balance the prices of weapons.

    It would be very nice if this were implemented before the entire world starts playing, as it undoubtedly will.

    Maybe weapon prices could dynamically linked to market trends, reflecting popular weapon usage, and reflexively responding to spam/cheese/whoreing. This would add a meta level of variety, enouraging the deployment of different weapons over time.

    I've always liked the idea of automatically ballancing weapons in a game through a markety simulationy thing, aye. Counter Strike tried that a while back though and it didn't work out so well. Could be that they just did it really badly. First thing to do is just gather some stats from the main server once we have some people playing and getting good and actually finding which weapons are underpriced.

    We also need to figure out what we want from items, how often we want people to buy things. It will probably be impossible to ensure that all items are used equally, perhaps the metric we're looking for is to make sure roughly the same amount is spent on each type of item.

    It would be awsome to have a live market though a simpler alternative might be to artifiically set an hourly/daily rotation of price variations, perhaps with a small random variation thrown in per game. This way there'd be greater influence over player's weapon buying habbits.

    Although I suppose it might lead players who favour certain weapons only turning up on, say a tuesday, hence "it's just another roller-mine monday".
