Kicking

If someone wanders off leaving the game running, there's no way to kick them and get on with the game. Some kind of vote based kicking system is required.

We need either this or a timeout for someone not having done anything for some length of time before a release or people still have the ability to accidentally hold up games indefinitely.

Readyroom timeout added, so people can no longer hold up games. They can still stay in a game doing nothing forever though, eventually just filling up the server, this to be fixed at a later date.
