Colour names on ready screen

Make the weapon buy/ready screen display each player's name in the same colour that their tank will be in the next round.

This would necessitate finding some other way than red/green to indicate readiness. I'm fine with that, however. I think it's best from a usability standpoint to always display a player's name in their colour.
We might need icons. If anyone would like to contribute one?
